The Key to Progress: Building Consistency in

Your Riding Journey

As riders, we often take lessons sporadically—sometimes weekly, sometimes monthly, or just when we feel like it. But experience and research show that real progress is held back by inconsistency and long gaps between sessions.

With nearly two decades of coaching, I’ve learned that building training habits is the true secret to lasting improvement. That’s why I’ve moved from ad-hoc lessons to a regular coaching programme—designed to keep you on track, motivated, and progressing.

This isn’t just about lessons; it’s about your journey—fostering commitment, nurturing confidence, and embracing ethical, intelligent, and connection-driven horsemanship.

Join a supportive, down-to-earth community where your passion thrives, your goals come to life, and progress feels natural and rewarding.

what is aera quarterly membership?

The Quarterly Membership is designed to provide riders with a structured, supportive framework for consistent progress.

By committing to a three-month cycle of lessons, this membership fosters continuity in learning, accountability, and a focus on self-improvement.

It encourages a deeper, more meaningful journey with your horse, allowing you to build on skills and strengthen your connection week by week.

Flexibility is built into the membership, so you can schedule your lessons in a way that suits your needs and lifestyle.

Whether you prefer weekly lessons to maintain a steady rhythm or an intensive few sessions within a week followed by time for self-practice and reflection, the choice is yours.

This tailored approach allows you to align your training with your aspirations while accommodating the demands of daily life.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

step 1

Introductory

Trial Session

Reach out to Wiola to discuss your goals and aspirations. Together, you'll arrange a convenient date and time for your no-obligation introductory session.

During this session, you'll have the opportunity to experience our coaching firsthand. It's a chance for you to assess whether committing to a journey with us for the next few months aligns with what you're looking for.

step 2

Tailoring Your Pathway

Once we've established our compatibility and you are happy to sign up for at least three months of weekly training, it's time to transition from conversation to action.

We'll explore your preferred learning style, identify your training priorities (groundwork, behaviour, specific ridden skills etc), and understand whether you thrive within your comfort zone or prefer to push your boundaries a little further.

Our aim is to create a pathway that resonates with your unique personality and preferences. Your journey with us will be crafted to align with your and your horse's individual needs, ensuring that your training experience is both enjoyable and effective.

step 3

Your Journey

continued...

As your initial 90 days commitment concludes, we invite you to continue your training journey with us on a monthly basis.

We genuinely hope you decide to stay, and if you do, you'll enjoy exclusive access to preferential rates on all AERA educational opportunities.

Taking a break is understandable, and whenever you're ready to return to regular lessons, we'll be here, waiting to welcome you back. Once you're a part of our community, your membership is a lifelong connection. Feel free to come and go as you need, knowing our coaching doors will always be open to assist you whenever you choose to return.

Your journey with us is a personal one, and we're here to support you every step of the way.
